Ways to Pay Your Monthly Rent

Mitchell Properties does not want you to pay a late fee.  Late fees can be expensive and are easily avoidable.  Here are your options:

1. Pay with PayPal.  If you have a PayPal.com account, you can instantly pay your rent each month.  Each month, Mitchell Properties will send you an email message requesting payment via PayPal.com.  Simply log on and send your payment to payments@mitchellproperties.com.  Tenants do not incur any PayPal.com fees and your funds are sent and tracked electronically for your protection.  If you don't currently have a PayPal.com account, sign-up is easy.  Simply visit PayPal and sign up.
   
2. Pay with a check.  Personal checks are acceptable when received before or on the 5th day of the month.  If you intend to pay by check after the 5th day of the month, your check must be in the form of certified funds.  Personal checks are not accepted after the 5th day of the month.  Certified funds are required if any personal check is returned for non-sufficient funds.  Mitchell Properties will notify you in writing after your personal check is returned that all subsequent rent payments must be certified.
   
3. Pay with a military allotment.  If you are currently in or retired from the US military, feel free to set up a military allotment to pay your rent each month.  Contact us and we will prepare the allotment form and send it to you via email.  In most circumstances, Mitchell Properties will require a smaller security deposit for tenants who choose to use a military allotment for monthly rent.
   
4. Regarding cash...  Mitchell Properties maintains a no-cash policy.  If you intend to pay with cash, please obtain a money order.  Money orders are considered certified funds.
